You sit between the roster we sign and the money that amplifies it — the part in between is whether those creators actually produce.

The Creator Manager signs the roster and the Media Buyer puts money behind the winners. You own the part in between: volume and quality. A great coach makes creators believe in the product, believe in themselves, and want to post again tomorrow. Both numbers follow from that.

The mandate

A coach owns two numbers on every campaign, and is measured on the pair. Buying volume with weaker content moves one and quietly costs the other.

  • Posts per day — how much the roster puts out. Volume is the engine; nothing gets discovered if nothing gets posted.
  • GMV per post — how hard each post works. Quality is the multiplier; volume that does not convert is noise in the feed.

What you own

  • Trust — creators take direction from people they believe are on their side.
  • Brand belief — sell the vision behind the product until the roster genuinely buys in. Belief shows up on camera and converts.
  • Motivation and mindset — keep the roster posting through the flat weeks and past the one bad week that stalls most creators.
  • Craft — specific, personal notes on hooks, delivery, framing, pacing, and offer.
  • Ceilings — spend your best hours one-to-one with top performers, taking them to their full ceiling.

The day to day

  • In the chats — live inside the brand groups, replying fast and catching problems while they are small.
  • Phase calls — a weekly group call per campaign to align the roster and send them out fired up.
  • One-to-one coaching — standing sessions with top performers and rising creators.
  • Content review — watch the work and give clear notes on what to change and why it will sell.
  • Creative briefs — winning hooks per product, viral references, and fresh ideas queued before the current ones fatigue.
  • Iteration and spark codes — find the videos ad spend is responding to, get more made, and collect codes for the Media Buyer.

Who this is for

  • Likeable on contact, and you read any room — a 19-year-old in Atlanta and a 44-year-old mother in Ohio both feel understood.
  • A leader and a warm accountability partner who still holds people to what they committed to.
  • A mindset builder who changes how a creator thinks about their own ceiling.
  • Highly organized and calm under heat across dozens of creators and several campaigns.
  • TikTok Shop creator experience, or content experience selling physical products — required, you have done it yourself.

The first ninety days

  • Month 1 — you know every creator by name, style, and current numbers, and they answer you fast.
  • Month 2 — posts per day is up and holding without anyone being chased for it.
  • Month 3 — your top creators are doing the best work of their year and the winners are feeding ad spend.
